Raymond is one of the guys that work in the office. Yesterday I went to a house that had a 27″ drop-in(like a normal stove but sits on cabinets instead of the floor). While I was at this house I bid to install a 30″ range, which is standard. If you have a stove, chances are its a 30″ range.

There’s really not a lot involved with installing a 30″ range over a 27″ drop-in: cut out the bottom cabinet, and cut 1.5″ of counter and cabinets on either side of the range.. That’s it.

Today I went back to that house 5 times, every time for another measurement. This isn’t some rare thing.. But after it was all said and done my blood adrenaline level was .08 and Raymond went over my head and changed my bid to keep the old stove….

I was originally asked by the broker to go bid to replace the kitchen appliances..
